このボリュームで炭で焼いた鮭！！最高でした！
サバ塩焼き定食を頂きました。
焼き立てアツアツのジューシーなサバ。骨も処理してあって楽しませてもらいました。
お味噌汁も出汁がきいていて美味しかったけど、ご飯がもう少しふっくらしてると良いですね。
天日干ししたお魚を美味しくいただけるお店。
麻布十番でも割とリーズナブルに、美味しい和食をいただけて、満足でした。
この手の魚の定食が多いなか評判のいい方
薪で炊いたご飯、味噌汁はなかなか
鮭の西京焼きは少しジューシーさに欠ける
味とは関係ないが、店員の今話さなくていい様な
無駄なおしゃべりが気になる。
同業者5人で訪問。
まず、ドリンクが高い！
一般的なお店の2倍近くする。
ビール750円、焼酎900円、日本酒1300円。
ちょっと食べて呑んですぐにお店を退散。
ご飯はそれなりに美味しいけ...
鮭の西京焼きが2200円だったので、期待水準が上がったが、4分の1でこの金額ない。普通にうまい程度だし。
