炭火焼きの鯖が美味いことこの上なし
麻布十番付近の顧客訪問時、
顧客での営業が終わるのが早すぎたり、
はたまた定休日だったりとなかなか来られなかったお店。
今日はちょうど11:30に来ることが出来、
一番目の客として入店。
ランチメニューはどれもお高いぃぃ。
一番高いのはノドグロが8,800円！？
ランチにこの値段は出せないなぁ。
庶民の私が選んだ本日のメニューは…
鯖塩焼き定食 1,100円
※ご飯大盛無料
ほどなくして到着。
ザ・和定食といった感じ。
こういうのは久しぶりだなぁと嬉しく思う。
早速鯖を頂くと、脂がしっかりのっていて、
且つ身が柔らかくジューシーで美味い。
そしてまたご飯が美味。米が立っているし、
好みの硬さでこれまた美味すぎてニヤける。
周辺を固める味噌汁、煮物、お浸し、柴漬けも安定感抜群。
もちろん難なく完食。
この感動は中野の陸蒸気以来。
夜もこれをつまみにビールをグイっといきたいが、
さすがに財布が許さないか？
とりあえずはまたランチで違う種類の魚を食べたい。
確実に美味い、期待は裏切らないだろう。

三度目にして初の鮭の塩焼き。
当然美味い。
焼き加減はもちろんのこと、塩加減も絶妙。
鯖よりもご飯が進む。
ちなみに今回初めてご飯がおかわり出来ることを知った。
いつかは銀だらを食べたい…。
