イチ押しメニューは創作おでんで、その日の仕入れによって獲れたての鮎や鰻を食べることもできるみたいです。
この日は、地方から新鮮な鮎がとれたらしく、
食材の良さを存分に活かすために塩焼きで頂きました。
・子持ち昆布と毛蟹
ぷちぷちとした食感のキレが素晴らしい子持ち昆布と茹でることによってふんわりとした良い香りを噛めば噛むほど感じる毛蟹の一品目で良いスタートをきれます！！
・伊勢海老
高級食材をおでんにしてしまう発想力が素敵！おでんの出汁がぷりぷりの伊勢海老の身に染み渡り、極上の味わい。頭部分の味噌も美味しく頂きました！！
・鮑
こちらもおでんスタイル。身の大きさにびっくり！！
しかも贅沢に2個、、、。おでんの出汁でじっくり茹でることにより、奥深い味わいが残り、日本酒と一緒に食べたい一品です。
・はんぺん
見かけによらず旨い！！はんぺんといえば、歯型が残るほど食感があるイメージだが、ここのはんぺんは一味違う！ほろほろ口の中に入れるとほぐれてしまう、、、
そこに紅生姜のインパクトが絶妙に旨い！
・大根(雲丹、キャビア)
誰も大好きな大根と濃厚な雲丹、ねっとりとしたキャビアの合わせ技！見た瞬間、旨いと実感！
多くは語りません。ぜひ、食べてほしいです！！
・鰻丼
大将の調理方法を知りたいくらい見が柔らかく繊細な味。
上にかけているとろろとわさびも良いバランスでもっと食べたくなるような癖になる美味しさ！！
