「大人の週末」に掲載されチェックしていた麻布十番駅から徒歩2分くらいにある割烹着ダイニング。旬の鮮魚や黒毛和牛、おでんなども楽しめます。
＊おでんは一年中いただけるそうです。
先ずは薄張りのグラスにビール。
先付の白子ポン酢、辛めの薬味がキリッとしめて美味しさが膨らみます。
おでんの汁が上品で、素材をうまく活かしてます。
大根はジューシーに仕上がっていて特に好き。
もち巾着もとろっとらした餅が汁と絡んでいい感じです。
途中日本酒の「作 奏の智」で次なるおでんたちを楽しみました。
牛すじは醤油ベースの汁でまた味わいが変わって良い。そして牛すじのとろとろ感と弾力がいいです。
おでん盛り合わせのなかで、特にしょうが天が群を抜いてました。
このコースには豪華に伊勢海老、鮑の皿もあり日本酒に合わせていただくのが格別でした。
飯物は鰹の漬けが乗った小丼。蛤のお椀に沢庵。
デザートはワッフルとシャインマスカットでした。
おでんのほっこり感がよく、気楽な気分でのんびり味わえました。
ドリンクはコース外、生ビール、日本酒から作、ハイボールを飲みました。薄張りのグラスでいただくビールやハイボール。作は奏乃智でした。作は本当イイお酒です。絶対美味しいですね。
隠し酒あるようなので、日本酒好きな方は女将に聴いてみるといいですね。

L字のカウンター席、しっぽり感のあるテーブル席。個室、半個室席もありました。JAZZが流れてて心地よいです。
