この日は六本木のMUKA展終わり訪れた焼肉やさん「みやひ 六本木店」。
百名店の常連店でございます(((o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o)))
A5和牛のその日のおすすめ希少部位を頂け、尚且つ値段もカジュアル。私のような普通のサラリーマンにも使い勝手が良さそうなお店です！
店内はアットホームな雰囲気ながら、個室やカウンターもあるのでデートでも利用できそう！！！(今日は女子会ですがw)
案内されたのはカウンターの席！
落ち着いた席で、オープンキッチンからはお肉をきれいにカットされる姿がとても美しい
今回私が頂いたのは、、、
「サラダ」
「キムチ」
「希少部位の盛り合わせ」
「たまごスープ」
「冷麺」
「辛味噌の冷麺」
です！
まずは「サラダ」からですが、塩だれにさっぱりとしたゆずの香りで柑橘系の優しいドレッシング。
「キムチ」は3日以内に付け込まれたとってもあっさりとして食べやすいのと５種類の贅沢な種類の漬け込み野菜が盛り付けられています。
今回の盛り合わせは、ナス・ごぼう・大根・きゅうり・白菜です。
ごぼうのキムチは初めてでしたが、苦みや臭みもなく食べやすかったです。
「希少部位の盛り合わせ」は豪華な９点盛り合わせ。

サーロイン・・・ステーキの王様。深みの味はNo.１部位
ヒレ・・・いわずと知れた柔らかさの中に旨味あり。絶品部位。
グリ・・・肩肉の中で人気の赤身部位たまにサシあり。
ザブトン・・・四角いザブトンのような形から。うまみ極上。
トウガラシ・・・肉々しい赤身。噛めば噛むほど味あり。
ヒラカワ・・・さっぱりとした赤身肉。癖がなく食べやすい。
サンカクバラ・・・カルビの最高峰。
ブリスケ・・・煮込み料理に適しているが、薄切りでコクあり。
イチボ・・・もも肉中で最も人気の部位
これだけ食べれるのはもちろんですが、こちらの焼き肉は溶岩焼きスタイルで遠赤外線で焼き上げるのでふっくらとお肉が柔らかくジューシーに仕上がるらしい。初めての溶岩焼肉。
肉のたれは、自家製の甘ダレとポン酢、塩とワサビで頂くのだとか。
中でもサンカクバラは絶品！肉の脂に甘みがあり口の中でとろける歯ごたえ。
「たまごスープ」は雑炊にできそうな出しのきいたスープが染み渡ります。
〆の「冷麺」かオリジナル辛みそ冷麺らしく、最後のお酢をかけて食べる一口さえ惜しいほど。麺は細目でおいしかったです！
