尾崎牛始めて食べました。
全体的に美味しいんだけど、また行きたいかというと、ねぇ…って感じでした。
あまり記憶に残っている食事は無く、
全体的にまとまっているのだが、
うーん…と言う感じでした。
凄く楽しみにしていたＴＫＧはトリュフとか余計なことをしないそのままのＴＫＧを楽しみたかった。
また、黄身だけのＴＫＧも楽しみたかった。
最後の方に出てきた、牛のしゃぶしゃぶの様なものは大変美味しかったです。
1番最初に出てきた白ワインも、白ワインが苦手で、いつも赤ばかりの私的には驚くほど美味しかったです。
こんな白ワインもあるなら、赤だけでなく、白も色々と今後お勉強していきたい。と思いました。
