ども、二日酔い飯です。焼き鳥が食べたいよねという話題になり。そう言えば前から行きたいところあったんだよなぁ〜と思い出したのが麻布十番にある「Shaji」。”ワインに合う”焼鳥＆料理が楽しめる焼鳥ビストロで、焼鳥×フレンチ×ワインペアリングがコンセプト。いつも電話して満席！みたいな話が多くてなかなか行く機会がなかったんですが、今回はさっくり予約を取ることが出来てラッキー（ちょっと遅い時間スタートだったということもあるのかしら）

今回は一番バランス良さそうな8000円のおすすめ全部入りコースをチョイス！楽しみ。
●おすすめ全部入りコース（8000円）
さて、早速最初は白ワインを合わせつつコースがスタート。
- アミューズ
パテとピクルス。レーズンと軽い塩気のパテがとってもいい味わい。白にも合いますな。
- 会津産桜肉のタルタル仕立て
タルタル。とーーーーっても素朴な味わいでこれ好きかもしれない。
超ほんのり塩味があるかないかくらい。しっかりとお肉の味が感じられる一品。うーむ、このお店おいしいぞ。
- 白ワインに合う炭焼き4種
ささみとマスタードがめちゃめちゃあう。
とってもぷっくらジューシーなささみでちょっとした酸味のマスタードのプチプチ食感との相性がバッチリ。
白ワインにあう焼き鳥ということで、最初に白ワイン頼んでおいてよかったかもしれない！
このシシトウもとってもみずみずしくて、掛かっているバルサミコソースかな。これもうまい。
- 柔らかいハツ。
- カナダ産オマール海老のソテー
あれｗ焼き鳥なんじゃなかったっけ。という位おしゃれなオマールのソテー。
フレンチ感がしっかりでていますね。めちゃめちゃオシャレだしおいしい。プロットしたテールに優しい味のソースがとっても合います。これで8000円かー。コスパいいんじゃないですかコレは。
このへんから赤ワインにチェンジ。
- 赤ワインに合う炭焼き4種
タレがメインの赤ワインに合う串焼きセット。
レバーもとっても滑らかで臭みはゼロ。多分ソースも赤ワインベースなんじゃないかな。とっても赤ワインにあいます。
筍もおいしい！
- トリュフの炊き込みご飯
で、最後がトリュフの炊き込みご飯。別料金ですが、卵つけます？と案内いただいたのでお願いすることに。
途中まで食べて卵かけトリュフご飯にすると美味しいですよということ。
すごいいい香り。強烈なトリュフの香りがいっきにふわっと席に立ち込めます。
このあと、お茶碗についでもらって改めてサーブしてもらえるんですが、これは期待できますね！
ぐぉぉぉぉ！
めちゃめちゃおいしいんですけどｗ変わらずたっぷりのトリュフの香りがめちゃめちゃ良い。塩分はいい塩梅だけど、ちょっと尖った塩分かも。この強い香りには結構あっているかもしれない。ここに卵を投入！
まろやかさが加わってよりおいしくなるのは確かにその通りだった。
コレ追加いくらだったんだろうな。追加したほうがいいですね！
●ごちそうさまでした！
というわけで、ワインとフレンチと焼き鳥が楽しめるお店。最後のトリュフご飯がとっても強烈だったなぁ。焼き鳥も勿論美味しいんですが、こうやって焼き鳥だけじゃなくて上品なフレンチも食べられるみたいなお店は結構貴重。道理で混んでいるわけですね。15000円だせばペアリングワイン＋贅沢コースが選べるので今度来たらペアリングワインにしてみよう。
