5000円台のコースですリーズナブルで、ボリュームが軽めで、夜にがっつり食べるよりは飲みたい私にはちょうど良い。
食事が来る感覚はゆったりですが、ゆっくり話ができていい。
味付けは全体的にはっきりして甘め。
・蟹とお茄子の餡掛け、蟹たっぷり、茄子が柔らかすぎず歯ごたえがいい。餡が出汁の風味も、あまみも塩味もそれぞれしっかりしてます。
・お造りはイシ鯛、二切れ。これだけ？っていう感じではありましたが、素晴らしい鮮度、歯ごたえ、ちょうどよい脂のりで満足しました。
・フォアブラ茶碗蒸しにふかひれ餡。おいしい！でも、ふかひれ味というかオイスターソースぽい味が強くて、フォアグラはどこかなという感じです。
・黒ムツの塩焼き、ふっくらと、しっかりと魚のうまみで、お酒が進みます
・揚げ物はマッシュルームぐらいのナメコと白身のお魚(失念）
・しめは、甘えびの手巻き。大振りの甘エビ、甘すぎない甘えびで身がぷりぷり、シンプルに甘えびとワサビの味で頂きます。
以上、八分目のギルティフリーのいい感じの食事です。
