六本木でイベントに参加した後に訪問。
鳥居坂下交差点のビル４階なのだけれど看板が出ていないため分かりづらい。
エレベーターがなさそうなので細い階段を上がっていく。
ふと見ると２階にはまだ礼が入っている。
こちらは確か15年ほど前のオープン直後に伺った記憶がある。
４階がメインスペースらしいが、通されたのは５階。
カウンターの裏手にある個室スペース。
有機野菜の前菜盛り合わせ
白ゴーヤや長芋のポテサラなどなかなか面白い。
冷菜は白身のカルパッチョ。
温菜はミートボール的な見た目の可愛い玉ねぎ。
中はトロトロで旨味が凝縮。
こちらのスペシャリテらしい牛頬肉の赤ワイン煮のパイ包み焼き。
最後にパスタ。
こちらはナチュールが豊富という事なのでお店にお任せでボトルを４本ほど空けてしまった。
ワインは相変わらず良く分からないのだけれどオーガニックの白はどれを飲んでも美味しいと思う。
当然ながら帰りも階段を下りる必要があるので、飲み過ぎると非常に危険。
