以前ターチカがあった、はせべやビルの地下。
北陸の美味が頂けるお店はズバリ「かなざわ」だ。
ディナーで客単価は15000円から20000円くらい。
麻布十番では空白地帯を狙っている感じ。
その「かなざわ」が2月頭からランチを始めた。
これが驚愕の内容。
白海老唐揚げ昼御膳。
税サ込み、2200円。
麻布十番界隈の和食ランチの中では出色だ。
予約なしで訪れてもOKとのことだが、
争奪戦になること必至と思われる。
御膳の名の通り、
お料理が比較的短い時間にぽんぽん出てくる。
1プレートになっているイメージだろうか。
もう少しゆっくり出てきてくれたら、
満足度がさらに2段階くらい上がって、
もはや鬼のようにすごいランチになるな。
本日のおばんざい
合鴨と京野菜のお椀
白海老の唐揚げ（丼たれ、塩）
だし巻き玉子

献上加賀棒茶
どうですか。これで2200円ですよ。
今日のおばんざいは、茄子、蕪、金時人参、子持ち昆布など。
香り高い鰹節が削りかけてある。
出汁が上品なのに滋味深く美味い。
小ぶりなだし巻き玉子も美味い。
添えられた大根おろしの辛味が絶妙。
美味い。
今回はビールとスパークリングワインを頼んだので
ここまでを肴にしてゆっくり飲みたかったところ。
しかし。
この後、ご飯とお椀。
そしてメインの白海老の唐揚げが登場。
唐揚げはご飯に乗せて、丼たれをかけて頂くこともできるし、
塩、たれにつけて頂くこともできる。
自由なスタイル、いいね。
んでもってこの白海老の唐揚げが美味い。
なんつうか、絶妙な美味さ。
かといってポーションもケチケチしていない。
満足度高い。
合鴨のお椀も美味い。
ご飯も美味い。
香の物も盛り合わせですか、というくらい立派。
ここまでで申し訳なくなるくらい美味い。
でも一点。
もう少しゆっくり食べさせてもらえないかしら。
めちゃくちゃ混んでいるわけでもないのに、
しかもアルコールもオーダーしているのだから。
こんなに一度に出されても食べられないよ。
唐揚げを食べているうちに、
合鴨のお椀は少し冷めてしまった。
いや、ほんと、素晴らしいランチだと思うんです。
だからこそほんの少しだけ、
ペースを落とせたら、めちゃくちゃ満足度上がるのになぁと
思わずにはいられませんでした。
今度伺うときにはそのように伝えてみようと思います。
