2時間半かけて一品ずつ丁寧に出される美味しい焼き鳥。丁寧で作業一つ一つじっと見てしまう。
お鮨スタイルでガリと合わせていただく焼き鳥ははじめて！全品凝ってるなぁと感じました。
いただいたカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンの赤ワインはびっくりな美味しさ笑 ふふっとわらっちゃいました。口当たりよく葡萄の甘みも感じるフルボディ。鶏肉に合う！
とにかく鶏のスープが美味しい。8時間煮込んでるんだとか！〆にそのスープを使ったラーメンを一つ頼み彼とシェアしました。ラーメンのスープを飲み干したことないのですがこればかりはお皿持ち上げて最後の一滴まで飲み干しました笑
パフォーマンスも素敵なのでデートにばっちり。私が行った日も男女ペアが四組、カウンター席に埋まってました。個室もコンパクトで密な感じなのでデートにいいかも。
お店は7、8年目とのこと。お店綺麗すぎてそんなふうに見えません！笑は
彼氏もるんるん。こんなに美味しい焼き鳥は初めてだって。
