Anyway, I am particular about the beauty of the counter. A luxurious solid wood counter is used, lined up horizontally. Unlike other U-shaped yakitori counters, the design is such that customers cannot make eye contact with each other. Enjoy our well-thought-out counter, with no visible ducts like a normal counter.

Food Famous carbonara
Why is there carbonara at a yakitori restaurant?The real carbonara I ate at many restaurants in Rome before ``Nakameguroguchi'' was established. I asked an Italian local about the origin of carbonara. A simple meal eaten by Italian charcoal artisans during their breaks from work. Pasta, egg, cheese, and guanciale (or pancetta) The black pepper sprinkled on the plate is inspired by charcoal powder. Yakitori also uses charcoal. I also use eggs.
