ポーランドから来てくれた客人に和食のもてなし。
1番人気があったのは鰹、確かにこれは美味しかった。
1番の不人気はシャコ、理由はエイリアンみたいだから、とのこと。雄雌揃えてくれたのに。
そして宮崎マンゴーとやよい姫のデザートは絶賛でした。
女将さんがそれぞれの料理を英訳してくれていたので助かったけど鮎はsweet fish なんですね。
そう言われても彼らの国にはいないのでイメージ出来なかったと思いますがw。
ポーランドの開発会社なので社員にウクライナ出身、ロシア出身がいるそうですがロシア出身者は積極的に難民ボランティアに協力しているとの事。なんか考えさせられます。
今回も食べられない物が多い人達だったけど店が丁寧に対応してくれました、いつもありがとう！
