お出汁がとても美味しい。
ミシュラン１つ星をとった麻布十番の人気日本料理店。
ご夫婦2人でやっていらっしゃるため一日二組のみしか受けていないそうです。
そのためこの日も奥の個室が埋まっていたため、2人でカウンター貸切状態。
入口付近はお香？なのか落ち着く良い香りして、ゆったりとした席と御主人の物腰柔らかい接客はとても居心地がいいです。
お料理も一つ一つ申し分なく、量も丁度いい。
きちんとした日本料理店に数えるほどしか行ったことがないため比較の仕様がなく、細かい感想は省きます。
予約は少し間が空くためとってから帰りました。
今からとても楽しみ。

平日ディナーで二度目の訪問。
初訪問の友人をお連れして。
この日は、相手の仕事の関係で急に時間をズラしていただいた。
御主人ひとりで全てやっている中、他のお客様との提供時間の兼ね合いもあるのに快く対応していただけて本当に感謝。
まだ二度目だけれど、この居心地の良さはなんだろう。
客数が少ないのもあると思う。すごくリラックスした状態で、楽しく美味しく出来るお店は貴重。
この日もお造りから美味しすぎた。
皮剥の肝醤油が旨すぎて、飲むつもり無かったけどついつい１合だけ頼んでしまった。
寒ブリのハラスに山葵の絡みを効かせたおろしをたっぷり乗せていただくとも絶品。
椀物はどれも秀逸。
お出汁がしっかりでしみじみとする。疲れた胃が癒されるように、スッと入ってくる。
目の前で本鰹を削ってくれるのも嬉しい。
焼物はキンキ。
土鍋ご飯は本日は穴子。くどくなくさっぱりとふっくらと。
安心して通いたい和食店です。
プライベートがバタバタだったため次の予約は入れませんでしたが、空き状況見ながらもう少し気軽に伺えたら。
