長らくお付き合いしている取引先と、初訪問しました。旬の食材に、キャビアやトリュフ、フグ白子にカラスミと、珍味をふんだんに使った料理で、本当に贅沢な時間を過ごせました。
同行者の誕生日のお祝いだったのですが
お料理は質・量ともに満足でした。
次の予定もあり 配膳時間のリクエストにも対応して頂け
ありがとうございました。
料理は、美味しいお店でした。ただスタッフの数が足りておらずホスピタリティが少し欠けていたのでその分を少し引かして頂きました。たまたまかもしれないのでまた行ってみようと思います。
2回目の訪問者。以前はてっさが出てきたりしたが、今回はお客さんいないのに提供が遅すぎるし、お料理も少なめ？静かすぎる個室でなんだが。cp悪い。
隠れ家的な良店。テレビで紹介されたしゃぶしゃぶは噂通りの美味しさ。油が適度に落ちて美味しく食べれる。ダシが最も美味しいと思う。
しばらくの間、地下の個室は一組限定だそうです。
お勧めは、2人用の個室。
こちらは、大人数用の天井が低い個室とは違い、天井が高くとても素敵なお店です。
