こちらのお店に伺いました。
店構えから接客お料理、食器、全てに大満足でした。
特にカニのグラタンは熱々の石の上に乗せて
半熟たまごを混ぜて食べる...
極上の素材で構成された懐石コース。すべてのお皿に幸せが詰まっています。
またまたお伺いしました。
今回は毛蟹、河豚といった冬の素材が多く使われていました。
その他も定番の雲丹＆キャビア、フカヒレ等の素材を贅沢使ったお皿に
