麻布十番駅から徒歩数分の路地脇にあるお店。
流行りのモダンで大人な雰囲気の佇まい。
入り口入ってすぐのカウンター席でした。
カウンターでも広々としているので、ゆっくり落ち着いてお食事できます。
むしろ私はデートなら隣合わせで座ってベタベタできるのでカウンター好きです笑
奥にはテーブル、座敷、掘りごたつと様々な個室があるようですよ❗️
お食事はコースのみ。
たしか1番高いコースだったと思います。

雲丹、いか、半熟う玉、キャビアのは海苔で巻いて頂きますが、美味〜
そして名物さばサンド
自家製お酢や紫蘇でさっぱりなのですが、何故かパンに合う❗️さすが名物です❗️
そしてお目当は〆のトリュフがけ和牛すき焼き❗️❗️
生卵が苦手ですき焼きでも卵つけない派の私ですが、こちらはフワフワにされた卵につけて頂けるので有難いです
全てのお皿が一つ一つ丁寧に仕上がっていて、素材も旬のものが詰まっていて、でもどこか新鮮さのある和食で最初から最後まで楽しめました
