妻の誕生日祝いで前々から気になっていた
こちらのお店に伺いました。
店構えから接客お料理、食器、全てに大満足でした。
特にカニのグラタンは熱々の石の上に乗せて
半熟たまごを混ぜて食べるのですが感動的な美味しさでした。
また、名物のサバサンドも大葉とマヨネーズ
おしんこ？の味、香り、歯ごたえが初めての味わいで味わって食べている間に食べ終わってました。笑
半個室を利用させていただきましたが
とても落ち着ける雰囲気でゆっくりと
妻との会話も楽しめました。
〆の桜エビとイカの炊き込みご飯も美味しく、
量が多くて食べきれない分はお土産にしていただけるとの事。明日の楽しみが増えました。笑
最後にデザートで妻の為に誕生日プレートを
用意していただき大喜びでした。
帰り際に見送りに来てくれた大将？店長？の
笑顔も印象的で、もう何から何まで食を通じて幸せな時間を過ごせた事に感謝です。
