『チウネ』の古田論史(サトシ)シェフが美味しいと言っていたので、これは間違いないと、以前から来たかったジンギスカン！
食べログで「ジンギスカン」全国２位の3.96の店が東京にあるってすごいですね！
ラムとマトンの間の時期の国内産のホゲットが
素晴らしかった！
この日は、
山形県庄内産ホゲット 16ヶ月 サフォーク種、
北海道恵庭産ホゲット 16ヶ月 ポールドセット種、
北海道上士幌産ホゲット 16ヶ月 サフォーク種、
どれも臭みゼロで、食感も良くて、美味しかった〜！
生ニンニク入れたタレもいいけど、
塩だけで食べるのが最高でした！
豪州産のマトンブロックステーキも
肉感あって、美味しかった！
ユッケも新鮮で、肉の旨味、最高！
羊の脂を吸った春菊も良かったな〜！
シメのカレーは毎日食べたいほど美味しかった！
もう、通うしかないって感じの
ジンギスカンでした！！！
