地下二階にある隠れ家的な鴨肉料理専門店。
コの字カウンターにテーブル席、
完全個室に半個室と使い勝手抜群◎
オープンしたばかりの頃に行ったことがあり、
その時は中華スタイルのコースをいただいたので
5年ぶりの来店、はじめての鴨しゃぶしゃぶ！
新定番とあるので最近はじまったのかな？
とっても楽しみにしていました♡

こちらのお店の鴨さんは、
山形県大蔵村で飼育している「最上鴨」
餌にお米を使用して自然豊かな環境で
ストレスなく丁寧に育てているため
臭みはなく旨みたっぷり！
(以前、赤坂店でこの鴨さんについて
しっかりと教えていただきました♡
鴨愛が強すぎて自社飼育しているそう)
前菜にももちろん最上鴨！
むね肉の生ハムとレバームース最中が好きだった◎
枝豆のムースも手が混んでいて、美味しい。
鴨脂のアヒージョは新体験！！
最初山盛りの脂たちを空っぽのお鍋に入れて
火を入れていくと…なんということでしょう。
どんどん脂が出てきて、これがとても良い香り♡
大量の春菊と椎茸を入れたらアヒージョの出来上がりっ！
不飽和脂肪酸が多いとされている鴨脂をまとった
春菊と椎茸にお塩をかけると、旨み爆発。
しゃぶしゃぶは自分たちで作るスタイルで、
とは言ってもネギを入れてさっと潜らせるだけ◎
好みによるけど40秒くらいが好きだった♡
ネギは一回だけおかわりできます。
もちろんちゃんとおかわりして、←
〆のお蕎麦を食べて、お腹いっぱい！
食後のお茶がホーリーバジルのハーブティーなのは
かなりポイント高かった！消化を助けてくれます◎
19:30には満席だったので予約推奨！
