麻布十番にある肉料理のお店です。いわゆる「映える」写真や動画を撮れるらしく、SNS等で女性に人気が出ている気配です。
一番最初にこの日使う肉(フィレ、サーロイン、イチボ)が出てきます。映える外観なのはもちろん、それぞれの部位の特徴や、どのように調理するかの軽い予告があり期待を高めてくれます。
料理のメニューはラボンバンスのように暗号ななっています。食材を最初に見ているので、謎解きが一層楽しめます。
各料理もこちらを楽しませようという気概が伝わってきます。最初のくまさんの実験室(だったかな？)は肉とキャビアとイカを、様々な調味料と薬味で食べさせるというもので、色々な組み合わせが楽しめます。
その後のしゃぶしゃぶ、ローストビーフ、カツサンド、ステーキなど、肉料理は全部素晴らしいです。ただ、個人的には最後に出てきた混ぜご飯が美味し過ぎました。やっぱり肉を一番高めてくれるのはご飯だという持論を固めました。
また、鮑とホタテの鍋も非常に美味しく、肉以外の料理もバッチリでした。
インスタとかをやってる女の子を連れてくるには非常に良い店なんじゃないかと思います。
