クマさんのロゴが特徴の可愛いお店。コース内にもクマさんがちょこちょこ登場するので、女の子受け良さそう。結構見栄えに振ってる感があって、味は見た目以上のインパクト無し。刺し系は美味しいけど、焼き系は総じて微妙で、個人的にはあんまり刺さらなかった。
イメージとしては全体的に想像してる味を2割くらい下方修正した感じ。優しめの味付けが多く、メリハリ無くて食べ飽きた。
再訪はしないと思う...
【コース詳細】
・黒毛和牛タン 刺身 塩昆布
刺し系は美味しい。塩昆布とタンの相性も良く、最初の一品としてはかなりいい感じの印象。
・山形牛サーロイン 刺身 酢橘
酢橘が合うかは微妙だが、モノがいい。口の中で徐々に肉の脂が溶けて行き、非常に美味。
・イチボ炙り
カイワレが多い。もう少し少なくていい。水分でかなり味がボケてしまっていた。
・厚切りサーロイン しゃぶしゃぶ
厚切り...?という感じ。しゃぶしゃぶの出汁は美味しい。
とりあえず厚切りって書くならちゃんと見てわかる厚切りにしてほしかった。
・ユッケご飯 N25キャビア
N25のキャビアが美味しい。ユッケのタレはちょっと微妙。
・和牛テール焼き
かなり微妙。パサツキと味付けのなんとも言えないアンバランス感が否めない。無し。
・ピーマンスープ
普通のスープでいいかな。
・シャトーブリアンカツサンド
シャトーブリアンというほど柔らかく無いし、小さいし、パンが薄くて潰れてて残念。ソースは美味しい。
・牛タンシチュー トリュフマッシュポテト
シチューのベースになってるソースがインパクト弱すぎて惜しいなという感じ。牛タンにしみてないからせっかく煮込んだのに...って感じ。ポテトは美味しい。
・炭火焼き
普通。
・Staub 炊き込みご飯
ご飯ベチャベチャですごく残念。これなら炊き込みじゃなくて粒の立った普通の白米でいい。出汁茶漬けにすれば美味しい。
・デザート
紅茶の香りが立ったプリン。美味しい。
