場所は麻布十番の路地裏
隠れ家のようなわかりづらい階段を降りると綺麗な入り口、入るとオープンキッチン前のカウンターへ
クイズ形式のメニューは後から答え合わせをして笑いながら納得
シェフの方たちは気さくで話しやすくみんな雰囲気が良い
山形牛は脂もしつこくなく上質なものを使っているのがわかるがコースが終わる頃になかなか重く感じたのは最近私が赤身しか食べないからであろう
お肉以外のキャビア、トリュフ、松茸、フカヒレも素晴らしい。松茸は少し早いかなと思ったが香り良く楽しめた
ワインの種類も豊富で色々相談しながら決めることができやはり勉強しながらのご飯はいいな
ケンゾーがあるのも嬉しい
最後の土鍋ご飯にはお腹パンパンでほとんどおにぎりにして自宅で食べました
