麻布の麻布kumasanで牛料理コース。
この日はお誘いをしていただき麻布kumasanに行ってきました。みずほちゃんお誘いありがとう！
前の名前のsalon du kuma3の時から行ってみたいと思っていたのですがなかなか行く機会が作れなかったのでようやくの訪問すごい嬉しい！
お店は大人空間が広がっておりかなり雰囲気いいですね。カウンターと個室がありますがカウンターは目の前で料理を作ってるところが見れるのでライブ感がたまりません。
この日のコース内容は以下です

と素晴らしいラインナップ。最初の和牛タルタルから胃袋を掴まれます。全部の料理がかなりレベル高ったですが、その中でもお店の看板メニューのくまサンド、和牛テールとフカヒレ餡かけ、ストーブご飯が特に好みでした。くまサンドで使ったベアルネーズソースがめちゃくちゃ美味しかったですね。。
味雰囲気ともに満足できる内容でしたし、店員さんたちの対応も素晴らしかったです。
