久しぶりでしたが、本日もかなり先取りの季節満載でした。ホワイトアスパラはタラバガニと。ハモは蓴菜と。皿の上で泳ぐ姿の稚鮎も今年の初物でした。カラスミ、鯨ベーコン、タラの煮凝り、「えっ?ここまで手作り・自家製なんですか?」も、相変わらずのお川さんでした。マスノスケとその卵も、桜エビの炊き込みご飯も写真撮ればよかったですね。紅芋の焼酎(宮崎)雫もロックで最高でした。ご馳走様でした。

お浸しの上の削りたての鰹節、鰆のたたき、鯛の昆布締め、カマスの炙り、小さな鯖鮨は海苔で巻いて、出汁の香り立つ碗、カラスミまで自家製で。土鍋で仕上げた穴子と牛蒡の炊き込みご飯。本当に細部まで心尽くしの本格的な和食を、選りすぐりの日本酒と堪能しました。ご馳走様でした。

We started with seasonal fig dengaku. There was one customer who didn't like sashimi, so they made a special menu for him. Steamed abalone was mixed with steamed sea urchin, which was strained through a sieve. The soup made from simmered soft-shelled turtle, Kujo leeks, and winter melon was also excellent. The white-grilled eel was served with sansho pepper tsukudani. Tedorigawa was a precious aged sake, and the rare Dewazakura was also paired with Ogawa's handmade dried mullet roe and other seasonal and creatively arranged snacks, creating a blissful moment. The deliciousness of the golden-eyed snapper and mushroom rice is hard to convey in a photo. Even Daifuku was handmade, and we enjoyed the world of Ogawa again today. Thank you for the meal.
