すべての料理にそつがなく、ハズれがない
いつもいつも、全てに外れがなく美味しい
コスパがいいとは言えませんが、なにせ食材やら出してくれるもののすべてが素晴らしく
スキがありません、麻布十番という食の激戦区でひっそりと隠れ家のようにやっている
素晴らしい和食です。
予約が取れない名店！などといいますが行けないところに意味はありません。
ここは、行くことができる予約の取れる名店！といった感じでしょうか。
お作りはフグでした。うーん美味しい
お作り二品目は、クジラ くさみもなく生姜醤油が美味しすぎる
蓮根まんじゅうを頂いて
すっぽんの唐揚げ 初めて食べましたけど、これは美味しい、フグと並ぶぐらい唐揚げで美味しい。
フグの白子の炊き込みご飯も、とろけるような味わいです。
貴女の大切なだれかと一緒に、家族の記念日などに訪れると
ハズレがなくていいと思います、店内は5席とテーブル程度しかないので
少人数で貸し切りなどいいかと思います。
また、伺ってみたいですね。
うますぎるし、違ったものが食べられる
和食のコースしか頼んだことはありませんが、味の組み立て方や
出してくるメニューが、他と違ったものが食べられて非常に美味しいです。
店構えは言い方は悪いですが、普通で、どこにあるのか最初はわからなかったくらい。
でも、店主の愛想がすごく良くて、板前だって気取ってなくて気さくで本当に利用しやすいです。
料理についてにの質問にも、親切に答えていただけて、高いだけの高級店とはわけがちがいます。
ぜひ今度は、秋の時期に訪れて、炊き込みご飯が食べたい・・・・

食材のチョイス、旬を感じさせる組み合わせ、これにいつも感心させられる。
1品目はたしか、かつお菜のおひたし
2品目は、たけのこ、あわび、大豆の椀物
普通の料理人なら、若竹煮がせきのやまかなというところ、少し変化球ですごく美味しかった。
3品目白子とヒラメの組み合わせも絶品
4品目、フグと稚鮎の揚げ物
5品目、サワラとフキを味噌で
6品目、カニミソと焼きガニ（少しだけ）
7品目、天然うなぎとマナガツオの焼き物
8品目、白子とカニの炊き込みご飯
9品目、デセール、芋ようかんと干し柿
お腹いっぱいで幸せになれました。
世の中には美味しいお店や、高いだけのお店は溢れてます。
仕事柄全国津々浦々食べ歩いてきましたが、美味しい店は星の数ほどあります。
でも全て兼ね備えている店はほとんどありません。
そりゃその値段とるんだから美味しくて当たり前だろって店のほうが多いです。特に東京
店主の人当たりがよくて、会話がはずんで、そこそこの料金で、そして美味しい
こういう店は非常に貴重です。
また訪れたいと思います。
