A weekend drinker in Azabu-Juban... Today, my drinking buddy invited me to a grouper party at "Azabu-Juban Ogawa"! First, we toasted with sudachi sour! [Kue Sashimi] The first dish of the grouper party is Kue Sashimi. Today's grouper is a big one weighing 25 kg. The sashimi is made right in front of you from a large sashimi. The very beautiful grouper meat has just the right amount of fat. The next drink is in Japanese sake mode! ・Yukio ・Sake Erotic Drink Comparison ・Kaishun ・Zenkichi. [Kue Karaage] The scales of the skin are very crispy and have a great texture! [Kue Simmered Simmered dish] The Kue Simmered dish dish is full of collagen and very delicious.
