麻布十番の1番出口から出たら徒歩1分くらいのところにあるお鮨屋さん。
飲食店が色々入ってるビルの最上階にあります。
大将のマッチョさが有名なお店。
日曜日のランチで伺いました。
店内は横並びカウンターのみで8席くらいかな。
ちょうどいいくらいのアットホームさがあるサイズ感です。
お昼の握りコース
最初にのれそれがでて、握りが10カンと玉という内容。
ボリュームとしてほちょい少なめですね。追加注文するお客さんが多かったです。
むしろ出てない魚がめちゃくちゃ種類あったから追加の選ぶ楽しさはありそうですね。
シャリは赤酢の適度な酢加減。フワッとしたほぐれの良いちょうどいい大きさの握りです。シャリの存在感は少々少なめ。
全体的に美味しくいただきましたが、甘エビのとろっとした甘さと、太刀魚のコリッとした食感が良かったのが印象に残ってます。
アナゴには海苔がのってて珍しい。
大将が裸の写真もちょこちょこ上がってますがこの日は着衣鮨でした。
腕の筋肉はやっぱしっかりしてた。
