東麻布さいこう、初訪問！
カウンターが幅広で綺麗！
店主齋藤淳さんの髪型からして勢いを感じます。
一品料理、お鮨どれも本当に美味しかったです。
ホタルイカの下のタコがメチャクチャ柔らかくて驚きました。とっても丁寧な仕込みをされているのだと思います。
あん肝もしっとりしていて、日本酒が進むーー！
握りは、とても香りのよい海苔に巻かれたウニから始まり、どれも素晴らしい美味しさ！
マス、カツオ、カニ、スミイカ、中トロ、大トロ、赤身漬け、コハダ、エビ、アナゴなど、どれも絶品。
ソムリエの柴田泰孝さんが、お料理やお鮨に合う日本酒やワインを出してくれて、美味しさがさらにグレードアップ！
日本酒はどれも旨味が濃いのにすっきりした味わいで、スイスイ飲めてしまいました。
ワインは、特にマグロに合わせてくれたピノノワールが相性抜群で、ワインとお鮨のマリアージュが最高でした！
最後にトロタクとアジを追加注文。特にこのアジは身の引き締まり方を含めてとっても美味しかった♪
腕の良い大将さんの絶品お鮨に、センスのよいソムリエさんが素敵なお酒を合わせてくれて、さいこうです！！
