【概要】
麻布十番にある隠れ家ワインバー「Cuvee(キュヴェ)」
一応バーではありながらフレンチという括りになってきますので、お酒だけでなく料理も季節の魚介類・肉・野菜など充実しています。
価格帯はしっかり港区価格になってくるのですが、シェフがガチな方々なので一流料理が出てきますし、何と言ってもスタイリッシュな空間が素敵。
カウンター席でデート、テーブル席や個室で飲み会など、幅広くご利用いただけるお店です♪
今回2軒目で利用したのですが、次回は1軒目としてシェフおまかせのフルコースを堪能させていただきたい思ってます！

結論、神メニューですw
タコ・マッシュルームそれぞれしっかり歯応えある食感、そしてエスカルゴバターソテーと言われるソース。これが本当に美味しいw
今後食べる炒めるような料理は全てこのソースでいただきたいと思ってしまうくらいインパクトがございます。

最近マークしていた強烈な臭いを放つウイスキー”アードベッグ10年”ついにいただきました！
まだまだウイスキーは深ぼる余地があるのですが、甘い系・サッパリ系・スパイシー/燻製系など、カテゴライズされる中で、スパイシー/燻製系の王様と言われるのがこちら。
癖が強いので、好き/嫌いがしっかり別れるとのことですが、個人的には全然好きですた！w
