My first visit to the new restaurant was to eat sushi at the counter. It's nice to be able to enjoy both fugu and sushi. The shime mackerel roll is refreshing with gari. Fried Fugu is a must. The crab, sea urchin, and junsai are refreshing. The pufferfish nigiri might be a little too bland. Green foods are good. Tighten with trotak and conger eel. It went well with crisp Japanese sake. #Azabujuban #Blowfish Takeshi #Fugu #Sushi #Shimesaba #Makimono #Deep-fried Fugu #Junsai #Crab #Sea urchin #Torotaku #Conger eel #Small skin #Mackerel
