A few minutes walk from Azabujuban Station and within walking distance from Roppongi. There are only 8 seats at the counter, and the restaurant is currently operating in two shifts, with the first shift starting at 6:00 p.m. and the second shift starting at 8:45 p.m. The first thing that surprises you when you enter the store is its location, where you can see Tokyo Tower. In addition to the large windows, the interior has a spacious and open feel, and in a good sense, it has a bright atmosphere that doesn't feel like an old-fashioned Sushi. This time, I made a reservation using the plan [b: "selection course for 2 people + all-you-can-drink plan (early bird discount) 40,000 yen"] which I purchased on the crowdfunding site "Makuake". It's a much better deal than usual, and since this is my first visit, I'm really looking forward to it. The all-you-can-drink menu includes classic menu items such as bottled beer, highballs, and lemon sours, as well as major alcoholic beverages such as shochu and red and white wine, but what's especially worth mentioning is the sake, which is the specialty of this restaurant! If you leave it to them for now, they will introduce you to exquisite sake that you have never tasted before. They even have original Japanese sake, which is the best hospitality for alcohol lovers. I end up drinking too much. Now, the most important part is the sushi, which starts with a nigiri made with melt-in-the-mouth sea urchin, followed by exquisite dishes using seasonal ingredients such as clams and firefly squid, and high-quality ingredients such as spiny lobster. On this day, you can enjoy high-quality tuna from Kamaishi, Iwate Prefecture, and the nigiri, including large freshly boiled tiger prawns and live shellfish, are all delicious. The famous TKG is an original dish that you won't find anywhere else, consisting of T (swordfish), K (caviar), and G (rice), and the Negitoro roll, which is overflowing with Negitoro and sprinkled with plenty of gold powder, is a masterpiece. In addition to the taste, there were also performance elements sprinkled throughout the meal, allowing me to thoroughly enjoy my meal from beginning to end. The staff, including the general manager, are all very friendly and it's a famous restaurant that you'll definitely want to visit again and again. By the way, it can also be reserved for a group of up to 6 people. We want you to enjoy this luxurious space with a small number of people.
