新しく店舗OPENした麻布 昊さん♪
前は曜日限定でペルティカ さんでランチ営業されていて、1度だけ伺った事のある担々麺で有名なお店。
▫️エシレ村のバター麺 ¥1.800-
▫️青唐辛子醤油漬 ¥300-(自家製)
▫️ビール ¥600-(エビスプレミアム)
ラーメン屋というより、お洒落なバーのような店内。
担々麺は前の店舗で頂いた事があったので、エシレバターを加えた鶏油ゆず塩ラーメンを頂きました♪
見た目の美しい麺は私好みの細くて硬めの麺で、スープは少なめで、味が凝縮されているけどあっさりとしたスープなので、女の子でもペロリていけちゃうやつです。
足りない人は替え玉¥200-や ご飯ものも充実していたので、ご安心を♪調味料の五香粉/花椒/黒酢が嬉しかった◎
店主の岩本さんは日本洋食協会を設立したほどの洋食ご出身の方。
7月末頃から夜は、お酒と少しづつ頂ける洋食屋さんの営業をスタートされるそうです♪嬉しすぎ♡
ラーメンと洋食が一緒になる事は、絶対無いと思っていましたが…セボン部部長の料理屋といい、今やアリですね〜♪
裏メニューで八角入りの醤油ラーメンもあるそうなので(シェアの許可済みです)又そちらを頂いたら紹介しますね！
