The original foam-based ``Rich Dandanmen'' is the result of extensive research and experience in Western Western Cuisine and overseas. Unlike the typical bright red soup, this soup uses a special blender to blend a large amount of sesame seeds. By stirring the soup even more during cooking, we created a foamy soup with a fine texture similar to espuma. When you take a bite, you will feel the harmony of the rich sesame aroma and creamy foam. Please enjoy this beautiful-looking bowl of meat miso, vegetables, five-spice oil, peppercorns, and nuts.
Food Blissful chicken oil salt noodles: Fragrant and concentrated flavor
Flavorful chicken oil and salt noodles made by combining Aichi prefecture chicken stock and whole chicken soup with thin whole grain noodles made from Scandinavian wheat "Aramusha". Spanish red pork is carefully cooked using Western Cuisine techniques, condensing its aroma and flavor. A special salt sauce that blends Japanese salt, British salt, and French salt brings out the flavor of the ingredients. You can enjoy a deep flavor with a light texture. Based on this, we also have butter noodles from Echire village and mushroom confit noodles with a white truffle scent.

After training at a long-established Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant, he worked in other industries such as real estate and general construction, and then returned to the food and beverage industry after working at a listed consulting firm to help expand Sushi delivery nationwide. After reviving the long-established Western Western Cuisine [Ginza Candle], he began researching Ramen while supervising and supporting restaurants in Singapore. After returning to Japan, I supported SALON1950/Ginza Hiroshi and restaurants in Las Vegas, established the Japan Western Cuisine Association, and opened the new [Azabu Hiroshi].
