素敵な佇まい、南麻布の分とく山
念願の！分とく山さんへ✨
かれこれ、20年以上行ってみたいな〜と思っていたお店なので、わくわくな気持ちで伺いました。
土曜日の夕方5時、店内へ。
一番乗りでした。1階は、カウンターとテーブル席一つ。お2階は2名以上みたいです。
先付きに、栗と帆立のスープ✨こちらが、とっても美味しかったです！
お造りも一つ一つ新鮮ですし、季節のお料理で、お皿からも盛り付けからも秋を感じられて、目から、舌から鼻から〜本当に満足でした。
お久しぶりの土瓶蒸しも鱧と松茸が入っており、ほっとすりお味。
〆の土鍋ご飯も、松茸とお出汁の味が調度良くて、何と2人でぺろりと完食しました。
全体的にお味が濃い感じはなくて、飽きもこないので、どれも好みの味付けでした。
また、近いうちに伺いたいです。
事前に注文しておくと、雲丹の土鍋にも変更できるみたいです。
次回は、土鍋ご飯は雲丹にしてもらおっと！

前回は夏伺ったので、今回は冬のメニュー
今回は、料理長がいらっしゃいました。
全体的にあっさりでした。
めりはりがあまりなく、ちょっとだけ残念。
でも、鴨の粕汁はとても美味しかった！
お肉も想像していたより、柔らかくてジューシーでした。
〆の、フグの唐揚げが入った土鍋ご飯も意外とあっさりと食べれて美味しかったです。
エゴマの種がアクセントでいい感じ✨
メインの鮑の磯乗せと食べたくなり、お願いしてご飯と一緒にいただいちゃいました。
デザートの金柑にクリームチーズ入ってたのが、ワインに合って美味しかったです。
その他は、やはりぼやけてしまってたかな…
