今回は東京出張で、お仕事のご褒美にこちらで宴席を設けていただきました。都会の喧騒の中で、非常に清潔感があって、凛とした素敵な佇まいでした。
今回のコースは、魚介が中心でしたが、見た目も美しく、細工が細かく入っていて、飽きることなく五感で楽しむことができました。お造りの天気も素晴らしいです。
また、海苔を使った料理が多くて、風味が大変良かったです。特に鮑のお皿は、絶妙な味付けでした。
松茸ご飯の香りにも癒されました。
昨今の原料高で、お値段設定はどこも厳しそうですが、それでもたまにはこういった贅沢は有り難いです。
