出先のランチタイム、久々の広尾でどうしようと歩きつつ、先にコチラがあるのを思い出して入店。他に当ても無かったからね。
結果、昔は昼夜お邪魔したが、久々にこちらの良さを確認できた。
オーダーは、舞茸天せいろ。
しばし待つ間に見回すと、結構なお客さんで混んでいるし、外人が多いのもこのエリアならではか？
供されて先ずは天ぷらをいただけば、舞茸の身の詰まり具合が濃いし、揚げ具合もよく旨い一品。うーん、素材も良いだろうし、揚げ具合は流石です。
お蕎麦も相変わらず、イイ締まり加減で歯応えよく美味しいし、量もそれなりにあって嬉しい。お蕎麦を手繰りながら、大根おろしやワサビを足しつつ味変して、間に舞茸天をいただきながら啜り続ければ、早々に完食御礼。
食べ終わった後も期待通り、ドロドロ状態の蕎麦湯を足してお汁をいただけば、お腹も膨れて幸せ状態。
