某グルメ雑誌で紹介されているのを見て以来、一度行ってみたいと思っていたお店です。
おでんとワイン、という斬新なコンセプトに惹かれました。
店内はこぢんまりとしていて落ち着いていて、とてもきれいだし、いい感じです。
ソムリエの方がつくったお店だと記事に書いてあり、
ワインのためのお料理として開発された洋風のおでんを楽しみにしていました。
ここ数年ワインが好きでよく飲むようになった程度で詳しくはない、
そんな私が言うのも何かもしれないと思いつつ、
でも、どうもワインより他のお酒に合わせたくなるようなお料理ばかりで
ワインとの組み合わせが最高！とは言いがたいという感想です。
おでんはおでんで、すごく美味しいし、
ワインはワインで、すごく美味しい。
ただ、一緒になると、なんかチグハグ…
ここはプロに任せようと思って
「お料理に合うワインがいいので、おすすめありますか」と聞いてみたんですが、
それならぜひこれがおすすめ、というワインは特にないらしく、
何でも大丈夫だと思いますがみたいな返答が帰ってきました。
ソムリエさんのこだわり満載のお店なのかなと思っていたので
私の期待していたような感じではなかったのですが、
お料理、ワイン、それぞれに美味しいことは確かです。
個人的には、だいたいわかった、という感じで満足してしまい、
他にも美味しいお店はいっぱいあるからな〜、という感想になってしまいます。
また行くことがあるかどうか、わかりません。
