This restaurant is located in a back alley in Nishiazabu. Its characteristics are: 1. A restaurant where you can enjoy the marriage of duck soup stock oden and wine in a hideaway in Nishiazabu. ② The seasonal ingredients used in the chef's delicious oden made with duck consommé stock are purchased from Tsukiji and are truly delicious that day. We offer one plate at a time so that you can enjoy different flavors even with the same soup stock, such as the popular soft-boiled eggs, fruit tomatoes, and luxurious foie gras radish. To finish off the course, we offer earthenware pot rice, and we recommend having the first cup as is, and the second cup by adding some dashi soup to make it Ochazuke(boiled rice with tea)style. ③ When you hear the word “oden”, you probably think of it as being paired with sake or shochu, but at Binomu, it’s a combination of “wine and oden”! The sommelier will guide you to the perfect wine from over 200 varieties to suit your tastes and mood.A restaurant you must visit once a year, recommended for those who want to enjoy wine and oden.
