夏はおでんに限りますね
本日もワインの組み合わせ最高でした。スパークリングから、少し甘いデザートワインまで、お料理に合わせてウットリしました。最後の秘密の炊き込みご飯も今まででベストof Bestでした。ご馳走様でした。
またちょっぴり更に美味しかったです
筍の蕗味噌詰、タラの芽、そら豆の天ぷらで春到来。鳥肉の腸詰が新作。季節物はワカメ、黄ニラと海老の真薯。最後の炊き込みご飯は何と牛肉でした。また少し美味しくなってました。ありがとうございました。
歴代最上位の炊き込みご飯
夏におでんも乙ですよ。そもそも予約が取りやすい。涼しげな前菜も美味しかったです。大きななめこと蛤のおでんの新ネタも斬新で美味。最後の炊き込みご飯のウニは歴代でも最上位。ご馳走さまでした。

冬の間は人気で、計画性の無い私には、なかなか予約が取れません。私には夏のおでんす。お任せで頂くワインと、おでんの一品一品との組み合わせが、いつも楽しみです。変わらず、本当に美味しかったです。鰯のつみれ、オーストリア、カンプタールの白ワイン、最高。ご馳走様でした。
