火曜日19時到着、7割の入り。
1名客も多いが、カウンターが無いため皆4名テーブル席に座る。座敷も有り、大人数にも対応出来そうだ。
出迎えは、柔らかい「こんばんは〜」。
過不足無い対応に安心感を覚える。
■ネギそば￥950
→中太多加水麺。葱はチャーシューと炒めたもの、生白髪ねぎ、生小口切の3種類。
接客と同じ、柔らかい味。美味。
■餃子6個￥660
→冷凍していない生餃子だな。ジューシーな緩めの餡をたっぷり包んでいる。美味。
実食時に、油断すると口内の粘膜がベロンといっちゃう位の熱々が好きな私には、どちらも少しぬるかったな。
その点だけマイナス。
店内は古いが掃除が行き届いている。テレビがつき、雑誌や新聞もある大衆中華屋。
見送りの元気な「ありがとうございました〜」は厨房からも届く。
接客が良い店は居心地が良いし応援したくなる。
今後もちょくちょく寄ります。
