鉄板焼きの面白さと美味しさを教えてくれたのは間違いなく吉村さんでした。
イラマチ男が10年近く通い詰めている
早い時間でも、遅い時間でも大賑わいの当店。
大阪の名店「やきやき三輪」出身の店主が焼く
お好み焼き、焼きそば、ネギ焼きは本当に絶品で、
いつもどれか迷い‥結局全部頼み食べすぎて体が爆発して気絶した事もあったくらい。
もちろん、季節もののシーフードや、
鶏、豚、牛も全てが抜け目なく美味しい。
ただ、広尾という土地において
10年以上人気を継続しているのは間違いなくお店の方々の「サービス」であるに違いない。
デートでも、仕事関係でも、不倫でも、ガキの時喧嘩したあいつとの10年ぶりの再会でも、あらゆるシーンで盛り上げてくれ、そして楽しませてくれるその距離感は、
東京の一等地で長年研鑽されてきた賜物であり、
一朝一夕では出来ないプロフェッショナルなサービスなのである。
イラマチ男も一番最初にこのお店に来た時
「すごいお店がこんなところに」と感激した事を今でも昨日の事のように思い出す。
うまいものがあって、会いたい人がいたら間違いなくまたそのお店には足を運ぶ
いつだってリアルはシンプルだ。
今回頂いた御料理は以下の通り
なんとかキノコ：ふわふわな食感、バターで
蛤
明石のタコ：必ず食べるメニュー肉厚でプリプリな食感。
宮崎地鶏もも焼：みやざき地頭鶏を塩と胡椒で。ゆずとうがらしの辛みも良き。
みやざき地頭鶏は正式な地鶏
とんぺい焼き：玉子、豚に長芋がin
焼きそば：これは必ず食べてもらいたい。
お酒はビール、ピノノワール、ヴーヴクリコイエロー、
トゥールダルジャン、パトロンを飲んだのでお好み焼きなども食べたが写真を失念。
ヴーヴクリコが10800円、トゥールダルジャンも15000円で飲め、
ボトルが他店よりも格安。
美味しいお酒を飲みやすい価格で沢山のんでもらいたいとの店主の想いが心を刺す。
楽しいは美味しい。
このお店に出会えてよかった。
