先日、こちらのビルのＢ１Ｆにあるやまねを初めて利用した際に、存在を知ったまんみ 西麻布をランチで初めて利用した。
こちらの場所は、山藤の西麻布店があった場所のようだが、この近所で営業していた鳥萬みがまんみ 西麻布と名前を変えて、移転してきたらしい。
店に入ってみると、厨房から声は聞こえるのだが、何度「すみません」と呼んでも出てこない。3度くらい呼んだだろうか、やっとおばさんが出てきて席に案内された。カウンター席と、掘り炬燵の座敷があって、パーティションで３部屋に分けられるようになっている。床が畳の様に見えるのだが、そうした模様の付いた板のようだ。なかなか素敵な床材だった（おばちゃん曰く、居抜き物件だったので良くわからないとの事）。
ランチメニューは1000円が中心で、１．親子丼 1000円、２．秋刀魚たたき定食 1000円、３．豚ロース生姜焼き定食 1000円、４．秋刀魚塩焼き定食 1000円（焼き時間が10分程度かかるそうだ。生からちゃんとい焼いてくれるのだろう）、５．金目あら炊き定食 900円の5種類。
私は、金目鯛のあら炊き（900円）をオーダーした。佃煮が運ばれてきて、しばらくして、金目鯛のあら炊き、サラダ、冷たいカボチャと肉団子の煮物、香の物、味噌汁、ご飯が運ばれて来る。冷たい肉団子の煮物も何とも上品な味わいで、通常 しっかり濃い目の味で煮付けられる金目鯛だが、これまたあっさりと上品な味わいだ。頭の部分なのででっかい割には、食べるところは少ないが、とっても美味しかった。サラダはごく普通だし、ご飯は電気炊飯器で炊かれた物のようだが、お米が上質なのだろう、ご飯も美味しい。味噌汁は赤出汁で、もやしとゴボウが具。ゴボウはもっと細く刻んだ方が赤出汁には合うと思うが、悪くはない。
ご飯のおかわりは無料なので、有精卵の生卵＋出汁醤油（100円）を追加しておかわりした。出汁醤油がきれているので、50円で良いとの事だったが、こちらの普通の醤油もなかなか美味しく、とっても美味しいＴＫＧとして食べることが出来た。
おばちゃんは、やけに元気で、厨房の料理人も若かったが、なかなか美味しい店だった。
