良い人生経験になりました。お茶のペアリングで8万チョイは人生で初めて。驚き過ぎて会計あってるか聞いてしまった。ミシュラン星3つの洗礼を受けてきました。味つけは凄くマイルドで優しいのが多かった。中華というよりも、中華風日本料理。お茶も全部違った味で美味しかったです。大きな中華テーブルを4人でバルコニーを眺めながらの食事は楽しかったです。料理長さんもご挨拶に来てくれて記念のお写真も撮らせて頂きました。ティーペアリング、カフェイン効く方は気をつけて下さい。私はその日一睡も出来ませんでした。笑。
