2回目訪れた
西麻布交差点のそばだから駅からは少し歩くけど、隠れ家的な立地で特別目立つ看板もなく、特別な穴場感がございます.
高橋大将は銀座の「鮨処おざわ」で5年間修行を積んだあと恵比寿の「松栄」へ移り、その後32歳で西麻布に「海心」を開き、2019年2月に「鮓 有無」を開店、今年で5年目となります職人歴としても30年を超える大ベテランです!高橋大将は一見強面ですが、とても優しく繊細で人柄良い.
最初から最後まで全てがメインみたいなお鮨。かなり好みでした!食材にこだわった豊富な一品料理が多く、いずれも印象に残る美味しさ。食材に加えて、器のセンスが本当にいい。どの器も綺麗だったのバカラがキラキラしてる. 素敵なお店でした.
