西麻布の交差点から少し歩いた路地に位置する「鮓有無」。店の入り口では、着物姿の女将さんがニコニコとお出迎えしてくれる(^▽^)
店内に入ると、L字型のカウンターが広がっており、予約席の札が立っているのが目に入った！18時に訪れた私たちも、既に先客が4人いて、賑やかな雰囲気(´∀｀)
ディナーはお任せコースのみで、料理8品と握り10貫が楽しめる豪華なコースだ！最初に出てきたのは自家製の胡瓜の浅漬け♪少なくなると自動的に補充されて、ありがたいなぁ(´ω｀)
次々と登場する一品料理は、アサリの出汁で炊いた筍やホシガレイのお刺身など、どれも絶品(o^∀^o)。特に茶碗蒸しは、蛤やしじみ、帆立を贅沢に使って、3日間寝かせた出汁で作られていた！具材がなくても満足感があって、幸せ(*≧ω≦).
お酒は、キリンのハートランド生ビールから始まり、その後は大吟醸や純米大吟醸など、多彩なラインナップが楽しめたよ♪料理との相性も抜群で、甘鯛の焼き物と合わせた日本酒は最高だった(´▽｀).
握りが始まると、中トロや大トロなど、新鮮なネタが目の前に！特に大トロは柔らかくてとろけるようで、感動したヾ(≧▽≦*)o。
最後にバフン雲丹が直接手渡しで提供された！その濃厚な味わいに、思わず興奮してしまった(´꒳`).
