友人の紹介で初来店してからこの鮨屋の虜になり急ピッチで通わせて貰っている。
店主はまだ若いが他の名店に劣らないほどの実力を持っていると思う。
修行経験が浅かろうが長かろうがその技術を身に着けられない人間が多くいる中、人間的にも技術的にも素晴らしい素質が既にあると感じた。
仕事は丁寧。
時に関西人らしく冗談を交える所も堅苦しさを感じさせなくお客への居心地さへの配慮を感じる。
現時点でいい鮨屋だがこれからもっと凄い鮨屋になるでしょう。
これから一緒に成長を見届けながら楽しい時間を味わっていきたいと思いました。
