Sushi Yamada @sushi.yamada.nishiazabu A gentle sushi restaurant in Nishiazabu where you won't get tired of eating.It was my first visit in two years, and the interior has been renovated.The restaurant is run by Takuya Kanazawa of Calm Design, who handles popular restaurants such as goodspoon. The 12m wide counter made of a single cedar board is a space that embodies the traditional beauty and calmness of nature. The omakase course, where you can alternate between nigiri and snacks, is quite filling with about 20 dishes in total, but the sushi is made with carefully selected seasonal ingredients and red vinegar sushi, making it a delicious sushi that is easy on the palate and won't make you tired.
