→魚介の入った冷製サラダ。ライムを絞って頂くタコや海老の入ったサラダ。パクチーやライムで香り高く、これがもう本当に美味しくて1品目から胃袋を掴まれました！
◆サーモンのグリルいくらのソース ¥1,700
→グリルサーモンのいくらソース添え。パリパリの皮と絶妙な火入れでレアに仕上げたサーモンが美味しすぎる逸品。
