Since it was my first time, I chose the trial selection course. There were 10 types of meat in total: salad, roast beef & kimchi, tongue, chateaubriand & lean meat, loin (I forgot to take a photo halfway through). I don't like vegetables, but the salad was so delicious that it was rare for me to eat it all (lol).I don't like roast beef, so my companion ate it and it seemed pretty delicious. Personally, the tongue and the final loin dish were delicious. I was concerned about the salty taste in general, but considering the quality and type of meat, the cost performance is excellent. Finally, warm jasmine tea and Ice cream. I was a little excited because there were about 10 different Ice cream flavors to choose from. The staff was very responsive and my companion was quite satisfied and said he would like to come back again, so I guess it was a good thing. Although it's called a course, you can request various things to suit your budget, so I'd like to try Hamburg next time.
